Mark R. Staun

For 24 years, Mark has concentrated his practice in the area of complex catastrophic personal injury litigation with an emphasis on industrial and mining accidents, medical negligence, aviation accidents, tractor trailer crashes, and product liability. Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics, and his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.

Mark's successful jury trials and settlements have involved claims against coal operators and company owners in commercial and workplace injury litigation, insurance companies, automobile manufacturers, and physicians and hospitals in medical negligence cases. In addition to his active trial practice, Mark has been involved in numerous cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
